California Dems: Where Drug Busts Are Just Another Tuesday
As federal agents finally intervene, a U.S. Attorney dubs California Democrats 'lunatics.'

First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli has decided he's had enough of California Democrats turning crime policy into a theatrical production, complete with a loud-mouthed cast of lunatics. It seems someone finally noticed that their hands-off approach to Skid Row was less about compassion and more about auditioning for the dumbest version of 'Survivor' ever.
While these fine representatives of the Left were busy cooing at the homeless drug dealers as if they were just eccentric street performers, federal agents strolled in like it was a Black Friday sale, ready to sweep the place clean. Apparently, reality was unavailable for comment as California Democrats scrambled to blame everyone but themselves for the big, messy drug bust.
Facts are apparently out of stock in the Golden State, as their policies have fostered a whole new brand of chaos that’s both creative and tragically predictable.
It's almost as if these Democrats operated under a grand delusion that voting for liberal policies would magically turn Skid Row into Disneyland. Newsflash: Mickey Mouse doesn’t serve meth, and a happy ending doesn’t come from encouraging open drug use. Maybe if they wrote these policies in crayon, the nuances of reality would hit harder.
In the meantime, the outrage machine required some major feeding, and here we are. Nothing says ‘we’ve got a grasp on social issues’ quite like letting every lunatic turn the streets into their personal drug empires while insisting it’s just the cost of liberalism.
But let’s take a moment to appreciate the bold strategy: if you can’t beat crime, just stop recognizing it. Bravo, California! Nothing screams 'progressive values' like a runaway drug crisis in your own backyard.
